1. 100% Client-Side Processing Architecture

The vast majority of utilities on SoftVani—including our Image Compressor, Image Resizer, JPG to PNG, PNG to JPG, WebP Converter, Merge PDF, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, QR Code Generator, and Password Generator—operate strictly on the client side using HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly (Wasm), and the Web Cryptography API.

When you load an image or document into these utilities, your browser performs the computational work in local device memory. No copy of your source image, document, or password is uploaded to or retained by SoftVani servers.

2. Temporary Mail & Ephemeral Services

For services that inherently require communication with an email gateway (such as our Temporary Mail utility), we operate on a strict zero-persistence policy:

• In-Memory Tokens: Authentication tokens and temporary email addresses are stored only in your active browser React memory (`useState`).
• No Permanent Database: SoftVani does not maintain a database of your disposable emails, inbox messages, or OTP codes.
• Immediate Erasure: Refreshing or closing the browser window instantly destroys the active session state from your device.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

SoftVani operates without user accounts or registration. As a result:

• We do not collect names, passwords, or personal identity documents.
• We do not require payment methods, credit card details, or billing addresses.
• We do not read, index, or extract metadata from your uploaded photos or PDF files.
• We do not build advertising profiles or track cross-site behavioral histories.

4. Server Logs & Anonymous Technical Data

Like virtually all web properties, our hosting infrastructure and content delivery network (CDN) may automatically record standard technical log data when you access softvani.tech. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the date/time of access.

This log data is used solely for traffic management, DDoS mitigation, debugging infrastructure errors, and safeguarding the availability of our platform.

5. Cookies and Storage Policy

SoftVani does not use intrusive tracking cookies, third-party behavioral beacons, or marketing trackers. Any client-side storage mechanisms (such as UI theme preferences or ephemeral session states) operate strictly within your browser's isolated sandbox and are not shared with third parties.

6. Third-Party Integrations & External Links

Certain features (such as temporary email routing via upstream provider mail.tm) connect to specialized third-party APIs. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they interact with. SoftVani is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites.

We employ modern security safeguards across our web infrastructure, including TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, strict Content Security Policies (CSP), and secure CSPRNG algorithms for cryptographic password generation.

8. Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Whether you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, California, or elsewhere globally, SoftVani respects your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Because SoftVani does not collect, store, or sell personal identifiers or user files, your right to access, rectify, port, or erase personal data is inherently satisfied by our zero-storage architecture.

9. Children's Privacy

SoftVani is a general utility platform suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
